Become a monthly donor before August 31, 2026 and you’ll unlock exclusive early access to tickets for the 2027 Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival. That means you’ll get to snag seats to any of the 200+ shows before the general public. Because when you support the art, you should be first in line to experience it.
Why Become A Monthly Donor?
We’re at a pivotal moment. Now, more than ever, we need to uplift what makes us weird, wonderful, and wildly important. We want to continue celebrating what connects us. We want to continue providing stages for stories of all stripes.
Last year, we called on our community to Sustain Fringe. Our mighty group of 34 monthly donors has grown to more than 800 strong. Thank you, Fringers! Thank, you Edmonton. Your help allows us to do what we do best.
We aren’t much bigger this year. And that’s very much on purpose. Because we need to sustain what’s already good before we grow. Which is why Fringe needs you.
Every August, we welcome 800,000 visits to the Fringe Festival. But just 4% of ticket buyers are monthly donors. We want more Fringers to join the movement.
Every dollar donated, every sponsorship formalized, every ticket purchased, and yes, even every beer drank counts. These aren’t just transactions. They’re declarations. A promise that you believe in making art for everyone.
Say it again, but make it count.
We’ve built this movement on duct tape and dreams. If every person who buys a ticket donates just $5 a month, every month, Fringe Theatre would become immediately sustainable.

Monthly Donor FAQ
- When you signed up to become a Monthly Donor, our donor database (NeonCRM) created an online account for you.
- Log in to your Donor Account to review your giving history, update your information, or change the amount you give every month.
- If you haven’t ever logged into your account, please click “Having trouble logging in?” (and enter your email address) to have your credentials emailed to you.
- Log into your online Donor Account.
- Click “My Donations”
- Under the “Recurring Donation” section, click “Manage Recurring Donation”
- Click “Edit Payment Method” to submit your updated credit card info.
- Note: there is a checkbox allowing you to choose if you’d like to cover processing fees or not.

Yes! If you wish to top-up, please make a one-time donation online. Click the “Donate” button at the top corner of this page or click here.
Yes, you’ll receive a consolidated receipt in early 2027 (January – February). Your consolidated receipt will represent your monthly gifts and all donations you made to Fringe Theatre in 2026. For example, if you made a donation while purchasing tickets, it will be included on your consolidated receipt along with your monthly donations.
Please email give@fringetheatre.ca and we’ll be happy to issue a receipt upon request.
Your tax receipt(s) will be administered by the CanadaHelps team.
If you’ve indicated that you’d like to receive public recognition when you made your donation, your name will be listed on our digital screens in the Westbury Theatre Lobby (in the rotunda across from our Central Box Office) and on our Online Donor Wall!
