Silent Auction Donation Request Form

Fringe Theatre is a registered charity. We exist to amplify artists’ voices, illuminate stages, and cultivate community.

We are dedicated to supporting local not for profit societies and fellow charities who are championing arts and culture, as well as organizations dedicated to diversity, equity, inclusion, or accessibility.

We are able to provide Fringe Theatre Season tickets.

We accept requests for Fringe Theatre Season tickets from September – March.

We are unable to fulfill any requests made April – August.

We do not provide:

tickets to support corporate or business events;

gift cards;

tickets to third party events (ex: shows happening in the Fringe Theatre Arts Barns that are not produced by Fringe Theatre); or

complimentary tickets to indoor shows at the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival. Unlike traditional presenting models, Fringe Artists receive 100% of the profit from their Festival ticket sales. We are committed to supporting them to earn the best box office they can at our Festival, which means supporting them to ensure they can sell as many tickets as possible.

We ask that you please ensure you meet the following criteria before submitting a request.

You must be representing a not-for-profit society or a charitable organization; and

your organization must focus on arts and culture, or support diversity, equity, inclusion, or accessibility.

We’re delighted to work with organizations that have the capacity to provide reciprocal support.

Please indicate if you are interested in providing a reciprocal offer to support Fringe Theatre (ex: you are a theatre company that produces shows or a gallery/museum that charges admission).

Any reciprocal offering you choose to share will help support our charitable programs (ex: draw prizes to celebrate Fringe Theatre Volunteers, Artists, or Audiences).

To request Fringe Theatre Season tickets, please fill out the form below. To give us time to process your request, please submit your request 5 weeks prior to your event.
