Show Information & Schedule Updates:
Aesop’s Fables, Venue 10 – this show will not be performed at Festival; all performances are cancelled.
Bangs, Bobs & Banter, Venue 3 – Added performance: August 18 (Monday) at 12:30pm.
Buttons and Pockets, Venue 10 – Added performances: August 19 (Tue) at 12:45pm and August 23 (Sat) at 2:45pm.
Cassandra Not Found, Venue 39 – Added performances: every day from August 15 to 24 at 1:00pm and 1:30pm.
Circus Explosion will not be performed at Festival; all performances are cancelled.
Confessions of a Corporate Clown, Venue 19 – Cancelled performance: August 21 (Thu) at 3:30pm. Added performance: August 19 (Tue) at 3:30pm.
The Divorced Dad’s Guide to Slaying Vampires, Venue 18 – Show contains: strobe lights.
Empire of Sand, Venue 10 – Added performances: August 18 (Mon) at 2:45pm and August 22 (Fri) at 11:00am.
Hoop and Hat: Vaudeville Showdown, Venue 20 – Cancelled performance: August 18 (Mon) at 11:00pm. Added performance: August 15 (Fri) at 3:45pm.
Jon Bennett: Playing with Men, Venue 20 – this show will not be performed at Festival. This show is being replaced by a new show and will follow the same performance schedule: Jon Bennett’s Friends Present: CANADON’T , Venue 20.

Magic with a Little Flair, Outdoor Circle Show, ATB Stage – Rescheduled performance: August 23 (Sat) will happen at 6:00pm (instead of 7:00pm).

Out, Damned Spot, Venue 3 – show description, company members and genre have changed: the show is now “Storytelling” instead of “Music/Musical Theatre”.

Description: Kate Ryan is world-renowned circus artist, entertainer and entrepreneur from Canada, specializing in Circus Hula Hoop, Face Balancing, and Physical Comedy. Her client resume includes representation of Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Dreams, MSC Cruises, Princess Cruises, and clientele such as Party like Gatsby Speakeasy EU, Cartoon Network: resident artist and Adelaide Fringe Inc. Her work as an artist, entrepreneur and humanitarian has been performed in 30+ different countries across the globe, spanning six continents, including Antarctica.
Her Comedy Circus Show is a hilarious and entertaining experience that combines physical comedy, skilled circus disciplines, and witty humor. As a seasoned comedian and performer, Kate takes the audience on a wild ride of laughter and amusement through a variety of acts, showcasing her incredible talent as a comedian, acrobat, and circus performer. From circus hoops to juggling, acrobatics to magic, quick changes, and clowning, Kate delivers a range of captivating performances with impeccable timing and charismatic stage presence.
