Salad is almost always on the menu at the Volunteer Kitchen, and this is our absolute favourite house dressing. It works well on almost any kind of salad!
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup tamari (can use soy or braggs)
- 3 cloves garlic
- pinch of sea salt
- ground pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Combine all dressing ingredients except olive oil into a blender. Blend until smooth and slowly add in the olive oil, with the blender on a low setting. Can also be made in a jar, add all ingredients, seal well and shake.
