Payment to indoor artists for their box office sales are made available by noon the first business day following the close of the Festival. Any outstanding fees or liabilities will be withheld from the final payment.

Artists have three options for receiving payment:

Direct Deposit to a Canadian Bank Account

Complete the direct deposit form here and email it to our team (programming@fringetheatre.ca). Forms must be submitted by August 14, 2018 to ensure payment through direct deposit.

Wire Transfer

Complete the wire transfer form here and email it to our team (programming@fringetheatre.ca). Forms must be submitted by August 14, 2018 to ensure payment through wire transfer.

Cheque

Cheques can be picked up at the Artist Services between 2PM – 5PM (MST) the first business day after the Festival. Cheques not collected will be mailed to the name and address of the primary contact unless otherwise notified.

Payment will only be released to the primary or secondary contact. These individuals must provide valid photo identification.

No cash payments are available. If you wish to cash your cheque immediately you may do so at ATB Financial at 8008 104 Street for a small fee. Non-Canadian artists must provide a valid passport with a name matching the name on the cheque.
