Fringe Grapefruit Spritzer

2 oz Gin
3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
Top with Soda Water
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, Grapefruit Wedge

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to combine.
  3. Pour in to a Collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with soda and garnish with Rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge.

Festival Morning 

1.75oz Flourish Gin
0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
6 Fresh Mint Leaves
Garnish with edible flowers

  1. Combine the ingredients in an a shaker. Muddle the mint until fragrant, then add ice. Shake hard for 1 minute to emulsify contents.
  2. Strain into separate vessel and remove ice; then replace liquid ingredients.
  3. Shake again for 1 minute without any ice.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an edible flower and a sprig of mint.

Fringe Cucumber Refresher

1.75oz Flourish Gin
1 cucumber
2-inch strips lime zest
2 teaspoons raw sugar
2 Lemon wheels
1oz Lime Juice
Club Soda

  1. Using a vegetable peeler, shave 4 long, thin ribbons from cucumber; set aside.
  2. Cut a 4″ piece from remaining cucumber and coarsely chop. Muddle with lime zest, sugar, and 2 lemon slices in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Flourish Gin and lime juice and fill shaker with ice. Cover and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds.
  4. Strain into double strain into a chilled coupette. Top off each with club soda. Garnish with cucumber ribbons.
